- In the Wet area ( Sauna, Turkish bath, Tibetan bath, kneipp), it’s discouraged the use of bathing suit and synthetic towel , but we suggest to cover the intimate parts with a towel.

Except some offers, bookings are valid from the arrival of payment in the the amount of 30% of the booking services to deposit with bank transfer, credit Card ( Behind signed written authorization )

The rate don’t include:
The Stay Tax that will debit at the departure : 1,80 € pro person pro night ( except the guests till 13).
In case of booking cancellation or lacking of the arrival , we will apply this penalties:
- Until 30 day nothing penalty ( it will give back the dawn payment)
- From 29 to 16 from the arrival we withhold the dawn payment of the 30% f the booking services.
- From 15 to 8 days of the date of the arrival we wiil debit a penalty of the 50% of the booking services
- From 7 days before the arrival , for lacking arrival ( No Show), and in case of early departure we apply a penalty of the 100 % of the booking services.
In case of serious illness, accidents, death of the booking or someone of the family, due to force majeure, with the exhibition of documents, the management office consider the opportunity to value these penalties.
The services booked not used during the stay ( particularly meals), aren’t refundable.
